Quote from: cnr6400Sorry to hear of your mishap Chris. Hope you heal up quickly. No more acrobatics or pole vaulting for a while!

Let me know if you need any remotely generated PA announcements in the workshop to keep the shop elves' mischief and natural tendency to larceny to a minimum...."You there! drop that miniature barrel of Navy rum!"  :Jester:

Best wishes.

Thanks  Jeff!  Safe to just assume they need the PA warnings!   No bobsled or luge runs for me...  :Jester:

Get well soon Chris.
You were kind of lucy as it could have been much worse - but also rather unlucky that it happened in the first place.

Remember to exercise the parts the Doctors allowed you to flex, daily - you don't wanna get stiff or have a too long recovery .... we take long enough to 'Bounce Back' after mishaps as we grow older ....

Best wishes

Hope you heal up quick Chris! I also hope that your elves don’t venture out of your shop and into ours looking for chips during this hiatus!

Hi Chris, I’m sorry to hear about your accident. I wish you a speedy recovery.
About 5 years ago, I broke my ankle. I wasn’t able to go to the workshop for 3 months. It was a difficult time.

Best, Michael

Thanks  Michael!  Getting more and easier movement  back in the fingers, swelling is down, so thats a good sign. Hope I'm not  out of the shop for as long as that.
